Our standard Production process: 16 steps

Request
of quotation

Step 1

The starting point is our customers’ request for quotation We receive enquiries from all over the world. After ascertaining feasibility, we start looking for raw material.

Research

Step 2

We ask for raw material availability to our suppliers.

Assessment

Step 3

At this stage evaluation is made on leading time, procedures, tests to be made, packing, compliance to relevant standards, costs

Quotation

Step 4

Quotation is sent to the customer

Order

Step 5

If the quotation is accepted by the customer and it becomes an order it is recorded in our ERP. It is identified by a number which will accompany the order throughout the production process. The order form contains all details necessary for the production of the products, controls and functions involved included.

Purchase

Step 6

Purchase of raw material if not already present in stock.

Processing

Step 7

The technical dept processes the order and issues the relevant job order papers to be taken to the workshop

Controls

Step 8

Further controls by the welding and quality control managers

Acceptance

Step 9

The order confirmation is issued and sent to the customer for acceptance. Production flow of the order is started.

Organization

Step 10

The job order papers are examined by the production manager who organizes the various working steps

Assignment

Step 11

At this stage heat numbers are associated with the product.

The finished product is inspected by the Quality control manager who instructs operators for the testings

Testing

Planned Tests are carried out

Certification

Step 15

Confirmation of product conformity and issue of certifications.

Packing

Marking and packing of the goods
